As I'm sure Matt (working with me on the customer side - English, but has been living in Sydney for the last few years) would say, this flat's bloody brilliant. Seriously, it's very posh. 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath, large kitchen, well furnished. It's great. I spent a half hour walking around laughing to myself at all of the cool ammenities. It's a stark contrast to the Paris shoebox of a hotel room I've been in for the last two weeks. A tiny hotel room with a short single bed that cost just under $5000 for two weeks, not counting meals, phone and wireless access.

Just so you don't think it's a holiday out here, I got 1 hour of sleep last night. We had a deliverable due and suffice to say it didn't go as smoothly as we would have hoped. We're back on track now, but ugh. No fun last night. I'm still awake because I took a 2 1/2 hour nap this afternoon. I hope I can get to sleep soon.

Cheers, and greetings from London.

Every time I read this site, it moves me. I'm glad it's a part of my life.

This one is pretty neat too.

Blarg! I apologize for the formatting lameness below. It looked awesome in my window. I'll try to do better next time!

ok, here we go... Pictures!

Had a nice day hanging out at the Tour Eifel, and in other places within easy walking distance.

Nice shot of a tourist boat on the siene

A little bit of Street Hockey

The place is crawling with minis. I did a very unscientific study and out of about 100 cars counted driving past me, I saw 4 mini coopers. It's a significant percentage. :^)

A few shots of the Eiffel Tower

Damian, I think I see your signature here...

Hot Car! I guess Ferrari's aren't as exotic over here since you don't have to ship them overseas to get them here. Pretty much take a train and drive it home... for just a few Euros.

One last shot from the Eifel Tower. At the top of the tower they show the distance to various cities around the world. You can't read it, but it says: NEW-YORK (etats-unis) 5849KM. Just in case you needed a reminder, home is a long way away.

Have a great holiday weekend. I'll be working. :^) More to come!
